RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Items can be exchanged if they were in same condition and not used, within 5 days of receiving the order, however we do not provide refunds only exchange of product. Exchange is acceptable if:

1. Item received not as ordered

2. Item was damaged/scratched before delivery

Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties

Occasionally, orders are cancelled for various reasons. Some reasons are:

• Your payment information could not be verified.
• The shipping address could not be verified.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via email, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. The Courts at Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of the Terms and Conditions.
